I got the LOOKING FOR A CHALLENGE medal by flying continuously to the right just above the rooftops. The sperm is faster than all enemies and projectiles even when not boosting, so you only have to worry about helicopters and jets flying in from the right. The zeppelin is also super easy to avoid using this strategy, since it's a lot slower than you and since a new one won't spawn until the old one is destroyed. One thing to note (that I've seen complaints about) is that the 10 minutes refer to the game's internal clock, which lags somewhat. It took me about 14 real-life minutes to earn this medal. Staying above the rooftops means that you won't have any civilians, soldiers, or tanks on screen, which will make the game's clock lag behind to a lesser degree, making this medal easier to get.
I'm still having trouble with the PEDESTRIAN DEVASTATION medal. Even using your strategy, I can't seem to kill more than about 75 civilians. There has to be some trick to this.
I can't get the "pedestrian devastation" medal also... :-| This strategy is not working and whatever I do I can't get more then ~75 pancakes. If anyone has idea how to get this done please leave comment or PM me. Thanx!
Also to get the "looking for a challenge" medal I had to resist nearly 20 minutes instead of 10. Just be patient people - it depends on the machine you're playing on.
For the "Pedestrian Devastation" medal, I immediately started by flying against the ground and remained that way the whole time. This way you should just plow into any ped in your way. However, the sperm will tend to "jump" if it hits anything at too fast a speed or too steep an angle. My remedy was to fly at about a 45 degree angle towards the ground so that I could still move laterally whilst hugging the floor. Hope that helps.
On another note, I'm having a tough time getting the "Ball Fondler" medal. It's a biotch, for sure. And for the "Looking for a Challenge" medal, do you have to set the intensity to 1 or 9? I know it sounds like a strange question, but the top of the slider is labeled 1 and the bottom 9. Maybe I'm just interpreting it weird.
Found a good walkthrough for "Ball Fondler" her: http://xxx169.newgrounds.com/news/pos t/316317
